We believe in the training systems we use. We stand behind these systems as they are tried and proved for over 15 years. If you are ever dissatified with a training session we will refund you for that session. If you attend all of your planned workouts and are unhappy with the results you achieve after 12 weeks, we will gladly train you for another 4 weeks at no cost to you. Thats our promise.

At Ezy Fitness we offer a range of services and fitness packages to suit everyone and every budget. We always start with a consultation these take between 20 - 30 minutes and will assess things such as lifestyle, diet, fitness level, bodyfat and weight.... sounds scary but its not,we use this as a measuring guide to monitor your progress.
During your first consultation we look at the following:
To conduct a basic health, fitness and lifestyle evaluation. This process is non-invasive and non-threating, and will provide you and us with an indication of your current health and fitness level.
We do this so
- We can get to know you and to identify your motives, needs, limitations, expectations and goals.
- To identify your lifestyle, exercise and eating habits.
- To discuss any injuries and relevant medical conditions.
- To set relevant goals and to create an action plan
- To answer any questions you may have
After we assess you we workout a plan for you to reach your goal(s).
Together we set realistic goals, plan of attack, structure, time management, organisation and preparation for you to reach your goals. We enforce a positive attitude - physical change is as much about your head as it is about your body, an understanding of your body and what you are capable of, 6 weekly checkups and reviews of your short and long term goals.
We manage and monitor you throughout your training. With us motivating you we aim to maxmimise your workouts so you reach your goals faster. We also use encouragement and support rather than bullying techniques for you to reach your goals.
We specialise in weight loss and toning. We offer 1 on 1, 2 on 1, 3 on 1 and small group fitness classes.
