Our trainers design individual programmes that are fun and enjoyable so you adhere to achieving results. We do not use the one size fits all approach that gyms use. We base your program on your fitness levels and your goals.
We have package options to suit you - Individual, duo, trio and group package options.
We use indirect goals (for example, completing the Bridge to Brisbane run and/or participating in social sports) to achieve your direct goals (for example, losing 15 kilograms of body weight or 3 dress sizes). If this does not suit you - no worries - we will listen and strategise a plan to satisfy you.
We encourage overall changes as opposed to only physical changes. If we help you replace poor late night/binge eating habits with structured eating habits you will achieve life time results.
We understand that a healthy body must first begin with a determined mind. We are more than personal trainers. We create the 'opportunity' for change - we value the mind changes equally to the physical changes - we are on the journey with you one hundred percent.

If you are ever dissatified with a training session we will refund you for that session. If you attend all of your planned workouts and are unhappy with the results you achieve after 12 weeks, we will gladly train you for another 4 weeks at no cost to you. Thats our promise.
